Fixed & flexible rate

Fixed rate, fixed rate per hour, fixed public holiday rate

• Your booking on the fixed rate is binding.
• Once the booking is complete, no changes, rebookings, cancellations or conversions into vouchers are possible – not even due to personal or external circumstances (e.g. illness, traffic, an unforeseeable event).
• On the day of play you may reduce the number of players by 1–2 people and receive a voucher for this. However, the minimum number of people per room must be maintained.
• The fixed rate is suitable for anyone who wants to plan their booking firmly.

Flexible rate, flexible rate per hour, flexible public holiday rate

• Up to 7 days before the date, you can receive a full refund for cancellations or reductions in the number of players.
• The flexible rate entitles you to convert your booked date into a voucher once, free of charge, up to 72 hours beforehand.
• A short-notice conversion up to 1 hour before the start of play is possible for a surcharge of €30 per room.
• On the day of play you may reduce the number of players by 1–2 people and receive a voucher for this. The minimum number of people per room must be maintained.
• The flexible rate applies to bookings of up to two rooms at most and only to private bookings.
• All rebookings, cancellations or voucher conversions must be requested in writing by email to info@enigmania.de (Dortmund) or duisburg@enigmania.de (Duisburg).
• Rebookings are made into regularly bookable slots; price differences to higher price categories will be invoiced, difference amounts to lower price categories credited as a voucher.
• In cases of evident misuse, the organiser reserves the right to refuse a rebooking or voucher conversion.
