There is no minimum age to take part in our escape games. Even small children have fun when their parents join in. They may not solve puzzles yet, but they still enjoy the setting, the action and their parents’ enthusiasm.

However, in our experience it doesn’t make sense for children under 12 to play an escape room as a group on their own. We therefore require that at least one adult accompanies every child under 12. For groups of children aged between 12 and 15, at least one adult must take part in the game.

You can leave our rooms at any time if you wish. For safety reasons alone, the entrance doors are never locked.

We’re happy to welcome large groups. Currently up to 70 people can play at the same time in one session (expansions are planned). We’re a popular choice for team events, Christmas parties, bachelor parties, school classes and company outings, among others.

Please arrive on time for your booked start time (max. 5 min. beforehand). If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to shorten the playing time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

Cancellations are only possible on the flexible rate.

When you book an experience with us, you reserve a fixed time slot. From that moment on, this time slot is blocked for all other guests and can no longer be booked. We hold that slot for you as a binding reservation. In the event of a no-show, cancellation costs amounting to the original experience price therefore apply.

Unfortunately, our venue is not wheelchair accessible. There are 6 steps from the entrance to reception and there are also steps within the premises. In the game rooms there are secret passages and secret doors that would be unsuitable for wheelchair users, for example. If you have any concerns, please give us a call.

Yes, we’re happy to take a photo of you with your smartphone. Just ask us after the game.

Bookings of escape rooms and outdoor games are to be paid directly at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

If you’d like to purchase drinks or a board game during your visit, you can pay on site by card or the payment methods mentioned above. Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash payment.

No. In addition, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire location.

Yes, our escape rooms can be played entirely in English, so that our guests can enjoy an exciting adventure regardless of their language preference.
